Farm Tour

We run on-farm educational tours primarily for primary schools on our arable farm at Blakenhall Park. We inspire children to learn about farming, food production, the environment and conservation in a fun and hands-on way, whilst also enhancing learning in other areas of the curriculum through the great outdoors. We have a big woodland with a variety of trails, livestock, arable fields, a small pond dipping area and covered teaching and lunch areas. Each group is driven up on the trailer to our dedicated education site away from the busy farmyard.

We have been running the project for five years and see nearly 5000 children a year. We can tailor our tours and talks to current school topics or learning.
