Holiday Club
Here are our parent policies, including cancellations, behavior and additional support needs. These help families understand what our holiday clubs are like and what is needed before booking. All children are welcome at our holiday club, but please understand our behaviour expectations prior to booking, and to consider if our holiday club are the best fit for your child(ren).
Â
Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep cancellations fair for families while ensuring we can plan staff and activities. If a child leaves during the day, refunds aren’t available.
Â
Behavior Management Policy
All children attending must follow the behaviour management policy , and parents/guardians are expected to read the document prior to attendance. Our holiday clubs are a fun and inclusive environment, and to protect the safety and experience of all children attending, we reserve the right to remove any child in accordance with the behaviour management policy..
Â
Additional Support Policy
If your child has SEND or other support needs, please read the full support policy first. If our clubs seem suitable, we welcome a conversation about their needs. We ask parents/guardians to talk with us before booking so we can understand any support needed. Children with a wide range of needs attend successfully thanks to clear communication with families.
Â
Key things to consider:
– Children who have 1:1 support at school will need 1:1 support at our clubs.
– Children need to use the toilet on their own or with their 1:1.
– Children must follow safety guidance and stay with their group.
– Our clubs are busy, energetic and full of activity. Some children may find this overwhelming, and we will speak with parents about support options.
– Our days follow a set plan with several activities but there will also be free play and down time.Â
